We are committed to making our website accessible. Our compliance is still in progress, and we would like to hear any feedback on our efforts. Our accessibility statement is below and human-written.

Measures to Support Accessibility

All of our content is designed to support accessibility, particularly regarding structured organisation. There are no decorative elements on our website. All images clearly support each section. The top-down, textual narrative of the website stands stand alone as an independent document. Images and CSS are structured to provide future support for variable contrast ratios. WAI-ARIA are used consistently, and only used when specific HTML tags are not applicable. All abbreviations are expanded.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We currently conform with most elements of WCAG level AA.

Compatibility with Assistive Technology

We support modern browsers and screen readers with native assistive technology in the Windows, iOS, macOS, GNU/Linux and Android operating systems. GNU/Linux support varies according to the respective distribution's support; Ubuntu is fully compatible.

Assistive Implementation

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used: HTML, CSS, Javascript and WAI-ARIA.

Limitations to Compliance

The primary limitation to AA standards is that sufficient contrast ratios are not yet supported. CSS has been structured to enable this in the future.

Assessment

Our WCAG compliance is self-assessed using compliance tools. They have indicated full compliance with the AA standard aside from contrast limitations.
